LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS

Athletes USA grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site. If you are a member of DIYSS or The Exclusive Program or any other services/programs we provide you must agree to our terms and conditions before becoming a member. College Coaches must also provide information so we can carry out our checks before you can join and must agree to coach terms and conditions.

 

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Athletes USA will take action if content is missed used, or used by parties that have different intentions. Athletes USA reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion without refund if our terms and conditions have been breached.

 

Terms and Conditions

Athletes USA and The client as stated in the section above Have agreed to conclude a representation agreement as follows:

 

THE SERVICE

The company agrees to provide a comprehensive service to the client, which will include the following:

Allowing the client to use our online web service to promote he or herself.

• Advice and guidance for obtaining Health/travel insurance, on request
• Advice and guidance for obtaining travel/flight arrangements to the USA.
• Objective advice provided to the client when making their final decision on what scholarship, academic institution, or athletic program to commit to.

 

CLIENTS OBLIGATIONS

The Client agrees to provide correct and factual information relating to their sporting, academic and personal background to the Company. The Client agrees to be responsible for the law provisions and other mandatory legal provisions in force in his country of origin as well the immigration and visa requirements for the United States of America.

 

DATA PROTECTION

The Company will ensure complete confidentiality and all private and confidential information will be protected online within a secure server. The secure server will be password protected and will be accessed solely by those officials and coaches that have been contacted by the company. All clients will have their confidential details protected under the Data Protection Act 1998.

 

ADVERTISING

Clients who are successful in the USA may be promoted on the news page on the website. Clients also can re-contact the company if they wish to join the professional promotion company to help obtain a sports contract. This service will be available for clients upon payment of a fee, which will be discussed and agreed at the appropriate time.

 

AFTER CARE SERVICE

If a client goes to USA and finds that they do not like the college that they are at they can ask the company after their first year to attempt to relocate the client for a fee.  The Company has the right to decline to relocate the client.

 

DISCLAIMER

• The company will not cover the cost of any of the following: SAT 1 examination, obtaining a student visa, travel between the clients home and the US, or the coast of obtaining health or travel insurance
• The company accepts no responsibility for any decisions made by the NCAA, NAIA and NJCAA regarding the eligibility status of the client that may affect their ability to compete whilst at college in the Unites States of America.
• The company will not accept any responsibility for purchase or provision of health insurance to the client.
• The company accepts no responsibility for any promise, guarantee, or agreement made by any other individual or party.
• The company accepts no responsibility for the client once they have left for the United States of America to take up a college place.
• The company and the client will end their agreement of service once the client has arrived in the United States of America to take up a college place. The client may not be registered with another recruitment agency. The client must not place advertising material on their online profiles.
• The company holds the right to take any athlete off the website who promotes false information or if the client abuses the system.
